Reiki Healing

Each 1:1 session includes :

A check in. Sharing what is arising for you at present.

A remote or in person Energy Healing Session.

Support available to answer questions and discuss your experiences relating to the sessions in the weeks that follow.

In person session 1 hour and 30 minutes

You will be asked to lie down, let go, as you would before sleep or in meditation. Stating the intention silently to receive the session for the highest good.

People’s experiences differ from each other, and no session is the same. Often people report experiencing energy moving in their system. Most times people feel a deeper sense of relaxation and calm afterwards.

Reiki is ki, Qi, prana - universal life force energy. Reiki helps restore life force energy where it is being lost due to wounding of any kind , including emotional, physical, and also due to imbalances in the system that can result from, and cause many illnesses.

A Yogic healing is sometimes reccomended and this can be included in your session. We can discuss more about this at that time.

A detailed document of what I experienced in your session is drafted following your session and sent to you for reflection. The Reiki may keep flowing into your system for up to two weeks after each session, giving extra support.

$180 In person - which includes availability to answer questions and discuss anything relating to your session over the following weeks.

No internet or phone is needed if remote.

You are asked to lie down or sit down in a relaxed position for one hour and to state your intention to receive the session for the highest good. It is best to be in an environment where you won’t be disturbed. (If remote) TV, devices off. Alone.

1 remote session followed by an audio recording of notes and written notes to reflect on. Follow up offered. I reply to any questions you have.

$120
